Julie Childers was great to work with and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. I was selling my house from a distance, and she helped to coordinate different tasks that enabled a smooth sale such as high quality photographs. She went to the house multiple times to help take care of issues that came up, which allowed me to minimize how often I went to the house. This saved me a lot of time. I would definitely work with her again if I ever buy or sell in Michigan again.

Julie IS AMAZING!!! She is an absolute pro and wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond throughout the process of buying a property from afar. A few months ago, my husband and I decided we wanted a house. A friend gave me Julie’s name and contact information. Julie is not only honest, but she has a great sense of humor and works every day to help you get into the home you want. She makes you feel comfortable talking to her and asking her any questions. We recently lost our mom. Julie was referred to us when we started talking about needing to sell her home. She was a God send. I worked with Julie buying my first home. We used a VA loan and Julie knew exactly what to do. She is very knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and was available anytime I needed her. I moved from out of state, and Julie made it easy and stress free. I would highly recommend her. I fractured T12 in my back in 2009 for the second time. I was diagnosed with a panic disorder, adjustment disorder, depression and anxiety. It was later consolidated as PTSD. I have a difficult time sleeping and trusting. She also researched the area and gave us guidance on when to list to hit the market just right and was very responsive with prospective buyers which helped us to entertain several offers within the first day!
